This page explains what's stored on your device, what we measure, and how we keep things minimal. It complements our Privacy Policy and meets our obligations under PECR and the ePrivacy Directive.
1. Strictly necessary storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember things like your chosen name, ambient sound, volume, bedtime signal, and subscription state. Without these, the app can't work. No consent is required.
2. Analytics (optional)
If you opt in, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which calming features people use. We don't track you across other sites and we don't sell data.
3. Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
4. Third-party services
- Paddle — Merchant of Record, payment processing, subscription billing, and refunds
- Supabase / Cloudflare — secure hosting
- Resend — transactional email
5. Managing your preferences
You can clear local storage in your browser settings, or use Settings → Your data to export or delete your uPebbl data.
